It’s Not God’s Will That Anyone Should Perish?

In this episode Dr. Betters answers the question, "If we're already chosen then why would the scripture say in 2 Peter 3:9 that it's not God's will that anyone should perish? I could more easily believe "predestination" (because God is sovereign) if it was not for this passage."
